Refund & Return Policy

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched.

  2. No Returns: Due to the nature of firecrackers, returned products cannot be accepted once delivered.

  3. Damaged Products: If you receive damaged or incorrect products, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

  4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements will be considered only for verified damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or misuse are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  6. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 business days.

  7. Replacement Option: Where possible, eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement instead of a refund.

  8. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by VJ Pyro Tech.

  9. Right to Reject Claims: VJ Pyro Tech reserves the right to reject refund or replacement requests that do not meet this policy.
